Do I need to provide a credit card?
Yes, a credit card will be stored on file, but only charged if you decide to maintain a subscription after your free month. If you do not want to incur a charge, please cancel your membership prior to the end of your free month.
What happens after my free month ends?
At the end of your free month, the card you provided will be charged a monthly membership fee unless you opt to cancel your subscription beforehand.
To adjust or end your subscription, log in to your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
Can I upgrade to a quarterly or annual membership after my free month?
Absolutely. To change your membership plan or update your billing information, sign in to your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. To change your membership plan, click on Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow the prompts to switch to a different option. To update your billing information, click on Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section and enter your new billing details.
Can I download classes to save them to my device?
Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to take classes without an internet connection.
